Geoff Smith

Geoff Smith joined the company in 2011. As the President of Mattr’s Connection Technologies Group, he has strategic and operational oversight to a global organization with full responsibility across the Shawflex, DSG-Canusa and AmerCable businesses. Geoff has held numerous executive positions, serving most recently as Mattr’s Chief People and HSE Officer.

A proven executive, Geoff has held several progressively senior roles and was deeply involved in implementing the Company’s strategic transformation. Prior to joining the company, Geoff gained extensive leadership experience with Xerox Corporation, leading operational and functional roles including finance, sales, human resources and marketing

He has an honours business administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
