Pascal Laferriere

Pascal Laferriere joined the company in 2002. As the President of Mattr’s Composite Technologies Group, he leads global strategy, operations, and growth across the company’s Xerxes and Flexpipe businesses. Prior to assuming this role, Pascal held a variety of senior roles across multiple divisions and corporate functions within the company, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Flexpipe.

Throughout his career, Pascal has built an extensive international track record in product management, marketing, technology development, operations, M&A, P&L management and business strategy. At the corporate level, he has led transformation initiatives that bridge technical, financial, and operational functions to deliver sustainable growth across Mattr’s global portfolio. Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a masters of business administration in finance and operations, both from McMaster University.
