Shannon Glover joined the company as VP, Legal in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of broad corporate and commercial legal experience and having served in a number of leadership roles in public companies including Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. and MEG Energy Corp. In her role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Shannon’s focus is on managing and mitigating risks facing the company, overseeing corporate compliance and maintaining a solid governance infrastructure for the benefit of all company stakeholders. Shannon holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Calgary and serves on the Board of Woods Homes.
