Stephen Fletcher

Stephen Fletcher joined the Company in 2026. In his role as Senior Vice President, Chief People & HSE Officer, he is responsible for shaping and executing Mattr’s global people, culture, and HSE strategies. Stephen is an award-winning executive with more than two decades of transformational Human Resources and HSE leadership across private equity-owned and publicly traded organizations. Prior to joining the Company, Stephen served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Canada Cartage, and Executive Vice President, Human Resources and HSE at Terrapure Environmental.

Stephen holds a masters of business administration degree in finance and strategy from Wilfred Laurier University and an honours bachelor of arts degree in labour studies from McMaster University.
