Our heat-shrink tubing protects the flow of a renewable energy source.

In waste incinerators, pipes are exposed to toxic substrates, which damage and corrode the pipes. This is turn results in costly shutdown time and repairs. There can be a further downside when this problem is not addressed. For example, the steam produced at the Bonn Utilization Plant is piped to a neighboring power station to produce enough electricity and long-distance heating for a mid-sized town.

Where other solutions failed, our high-temperature, chemical-resistant, heat-shrink tubing provided the protection needed to solve the problem. It prevented damaged pipes, avoided shutdown time and kept a steady supply of this renewable energy source.
